German Teacher Pre-S

About Me

“Since August 2018 I have been the assistant teacher in the Penguin class. I love languages and believe that giving children the opportunity to be raised with more than one language at a young age opens many doors for them in the future. I was born and raised most of my life in Palatinate, Germany. 2015 I movedfrom Germany to Dallas, where I now live with my husband, 5 year old daughter and 2 year old
son. Looking for ways to teach my children the German language while living in the US and having to go back to work, I came across German ISD and am now blessed to be working here, while my son also attends the school and learns the language of my heart. It is fun working with your children and seeing how fast they acclimate, make new friends, and learn through play and day-today activities not only about the German language, but about themselves and the world around them. I completed the training as Child Development Associate (CDA) and am in the process of obtaining my CDA certificate.”
